Minivan Rental in St. Thomas
For larger families and groups, a minivan offers the space and comfort to travel together. Here is what to know about renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Rent A Car, or National Car Rental.
Quick answer
Minivans are available from Enterprise, Alamo, and National at Cyril E. King Airport and are ideal for larger families, groups, and extra luggage. Availability is limited — reserve early, especially during peak travel weeks.
Why a minivan works for groups
A minivan maximizes passenger seating and cargo capacity in a single vehicle, keeping a group together and simplifying logistics. It is well suited to families with children, car seats, and beach gear, and to multi-generation travel.
Minivan vs. full-size SUV
A full-size SUV is the closest alternative, offering similar space with higher clearance. Minivans typically offer easier entry and exit and more cargo flexibility, while SUVs handle steeper terrain more confidently. Choose based on your passengers, gear, and the roads you intend to drive.
