One of the most common questions from first-time visitors to St. Thomas is where to find the rental car counters. At Cyril E. King Airport (STT), the answer is simple: they are all at the shared rental car facility, not inside the terminal.
No Counters in the Terminal
Unlike many mainland airports, STT does not have rental car counters inside the terminal building. Alamo, Enterprise, and National all operate from a dedicated rental car facility located just outside the airport grounds.
How to Get There
After collecting your baggage, exit the terminal through the arrivals doors. Along the curb, you will find signage directing you to the rental car shuttle pickup area. The shuttle is complimentary and serves all three brands.
At the Facility
Once you arrive at the rental facility, you will find the counters for Alamo, Enterprise, and National side by side. Proceed to the counter for your specific brand to complete your paperwork.
Signage and Assistance
Signs throughout the terminal and at the curb area point you toward the rental car shuttle. If you are unsure, airport staff can direct you. The shuttle is typically marked with rental brand logos.

Return Location
