The shuttle between Cyril E. King Airport (STT) and the rental car facility is the connection point for travelers renting from Alamo, Enterprise, and National on St. Thomas. Here is what to expect.
Where to Catch the Shuttle
After exiting the arrivals doors at STT, proceed to the curb area. Look for signage directing you to the rental car shuttles. The pickup area is a short walk from the terminal exit.
Shuttle Frequency
Shuttles run continuously during operating hours, typically departing every 5 to 10 minutes. During peak arrival times, additional vehicles may be dispatched to handle the volume. Alamo, Enterprise, and National share the same shuttle service.
What to Have Ready
Have your reservation confirmation available, either printed or on your phone. You may be asked to confirm your rental brand before boarding.
Luggage and Accessibility
The shuttles are equipped with luggage racks and can accommodate standard baggage. If you have oversized items such as surfboards or dive gear, let the driver know so they can arrange appropriate space.
The Ride
The shuttle ride takes approximately five minutes. The route is short but crosses airport property. You will arrive at the shared rental facility where Alamo, Enterprise, and National counters are located.
Return Shuttle
When returning your vehicle, the same shuttle service operates in reverse — from the rental facility back to the terminal departures area. Allow at least 30 minutes before your flight check-in time for the return and shuttle process.
